Hazarat Muhammad (PHUB) as an Examplary judge

  The United States Supreme Court  honours Muhammad (PBUH) as a source of law and justice alongside Moses, Solomon, and Confucius. He is admitted as the greatest law-giver of mankind. Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) was a great judge and arbiter. He always advised his followers to be just and fair in their dealings. Often he had to give his judgement about disputes between the warring tribes. A decision in such a situation could make the losing tribe his enemy; but he was never afraid of such things. What he did was to take into consideration the principles of justice and fairness. He decided the case regardless of caste, colour, or creed. Therefore, the nonbelievers also brought their cases to him for decisions. Sakhr was a chief of a tribe. He had helped the Holy Prophet (PBUH) for which the Holy Prophet was obliged.
